Terms of service

You upload data, Furlen finds insights, writes a story, verifies every numeric claim against your source data, and renders animated videos, images, decks, and embeds. Free accounts can preview and export watermarked media; paid plans unlock clean, higher-resolution exports and more formats.

You own the data you upload and the exports Furlen makes from it — including commercial use. You give us only the permission needed to store and process that data to run the service. We claim no other rights to it.

You're responsible for having the right to upload the data you use. Don't upload data you don't have permission to use, or that contains other people's sensitive personal information.

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break in, overload, resell, or scrape it; no using it to produce misleading content that misrepresents what the underlying data says; nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — the charge on your statement comes from them and they handle applicable taxes. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If an export fails because of a fault on our side and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll make it right — with a refund if needed.

Furlen verifies numeric claims against your uploaded data, but you are responsible for checking exports before you rely on them or publish them. The service is provided “as is”: we work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Furlen and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your work.
